Hon. J. Allen Ross and Dr. Underwood, of Frankfort, Ky., will, on next Sunday, address the people of the county on the Separate Coach question, at the Spring Lake Park. No one should fail to hear Hon. J. Allen Ross, who is said to be the best colored orator in the State. It is expected that a large crowd from adjoining towns will be present.
