Sir I write to inform you as I learn that you are on the Comittees of suppling suffers of this county there are four Plantation on Deer ck near the lines of Bollavor County that are so badly overflowed that without some releif for the people they must suffer as some of them are suffering now and I respectfully that they be furnish with some supplies untill the warter go down I will also leave the names of the parties on Each Plantation
