SENATORIAL CONVENTION.
At the republican senatorial convention held Wednesday in the city of Eureka, Hon. L. B. Kellogg of Emporia was nominated for Senator. Resolutions were adopted endorsing Hon. J. J. Ingalls and instructing the candidate just nominated, if elected, to vote in favor of his re-election to the United States Senate. The name of Hon. G. W. Albright of this place was not presented to the convention, as he had withdrawn in favor of Senator Kellogg. An independent candidate will probably be in the field.
