Legal Notice.

William Shumake, James Moorman, Citizens' Bank of Union City, Indiana, and the First National Bank of Union City, Indiana, Prudence Williamson, W. H. Anderson, David Polly & Co., all of Randolph County, Indiana, W. H. J. Clemens, of the State of Louisiana, C. P. Clemens, of the State of Mississippi, and D. M. Osborn, of Albany, New York, will take notice that on the 20th day of January, 1876, M. T. Allen, and Allen Andrews filed a petition against them and others setting forth that the said M. T. Allen and Allen Andrews were the Assignees of J. W. Clemens. That as such assignees they were seized and entitled to all the right, title and interest of the said J. W. Clemens, as one of the heirs at law of John Clemens, deceased, late of Darke county, Ohio, in the following described real estate, situate in the county of Darke and State of Ohio, to-wit, in fee simple:
