STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, Issaquena County.
I, Henry P. Scott, Sheriff and Tax Collector of said county and State, do hereby certify that the lands contained in the above list are delinquent for the Levee Construction Tax due thereon and unpaid for the fiscal year 1873. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, this 2d day of April, 1874.
