J. Allen Ross of Jericho, Ky., was recently indicted by the United States district court at Louisville for collecting an illegal fee of $350.85 for his services in connection with the pension claim of Louisa Coleman, and John Albers; the postmaster at Jericho was indicted for receiving an illegal fee of $25 from the same woman.
