SETTLE MINISTER'S DEATH FOR $150
Judge Kennan this morning signed an order authorizing Charles S. Barrow as guardian of John and Benjamin Barrow, minors, to settle with the Tacoma Railway & Power Co. for $150 for the death of Rev. P. B. Barrow, which occurred July 23 at Tacoma in a street car collision. The court said there was doubt if the company was liable for any damages at all.
