WEDNESDAY, Jan. 21, 1874.

Mr. Spelman presented the credentials of Mr. C. H. Campbell, of Attala, Mr. Graham, of Winston, Mr. Thompson, of Wayne, and Mr. C. P. Clemens, of Clarke county, and, they appearing regular, moved that the oath of office be administered to the gentlemen named. Carried. And they accordingly qualified.
