SENATOR GLEED: Dear Sir – There is a bill before the Senate asking for $3,000, in which reference is made to a system of lectures which you have developed. You will please inform me as to the workings of this system, what has been accomplished, and what you propose to accomplish by the appropriation asked for in the bill.
