City Court.

The docket was quite small yesterday, and consisted of the following cases: John Williams, colored, charged with being a suspicious character; transferred to Justice Mann, for want of jurisdiction. Chas. Devlin, fighting and disturbing the peace, ten days and costs. Robert Miller, for the same offense, discharged. Wm. Mack, alias Kyle, arrested on a warrant, two days and costs. C. P. Head, colored, abusive and threatening language, two days and cost.
