A Corner Stone Laid at Grace Station.
GRACE, MISS., Aug 27.
Editor Commercial Herald.
To-day has been the biggest in the history of Grace. The occasion was the laying of the corner stone of St. Stephens' A. M. E. church, under the auspices of Dr. Thomas W. Stringer, grand master of the colored Masons of the State. The crowd must have numbered 2,000. Addresses were delivered by Dr. W. T. Anderson and W. E. Mollison, of Vicksburg. Mr. William Lacks was a liberal contributor to the entertainment of the visitors. Vicksburg sent a large delegation. L.
