Mr. Everett introduced the following resolution:
Whereas, F. D. Wade is representing Yazoo county, and is not a resident of said county, but is a resident of Issaquena county, if anywhere; therefore,
Be it resolved, That his seat is hereby declared vacant.
Mr. Webster moved to refer to special committee of five.
Mr. Everett moved to table the motion to refer. Carried.
