Colored State Baptist Convention.
The General State Baptist Association of Mississippi, Colored, will meet in Greenville on Thursday, November 14th next. The Association will assemble in New Hope First Baptist Church, Rev. G. W. Gayles, D.D., L.L.D., Pastor. Those in charge have arranged an interesting program; Mayor Yerger has been invited to deliver the address of welcome on the part of the city. A large attendance is anticipated.
