CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of rejoicing, congratulation, &c., will be held in the A. M. E. Church, on Ohio street, next Monday evening, to give expression of thanksgiving over the ratification of the Amendment to the Constitution. There will be good speaking and singing. Mr. David Jenkins is expected to be present to address the meeting. Admission twenty-five cents. Proceeds to be applied for the benefit of the A. M. E. Church.
