Sunday Morn’

Well how is my soldier boy this morning! Fine I hope. Everything moving along here about as usual. Put up what hay I cut Monday before you went for camp. Haven’t cut any more on account of having to plow around crop again. Guess I will start up again soon. The crop is doing fine especially cotton. Corn needs rain real bad. May get one today as it has been trying to rain for several days.

Guess you don’t know anything about what you are going to do yet. Be contacting us as soon as you find out anything. Not much news here at home. Guess Mother keeps you posted pretty well about the happenings anyway. I haven’t written a letter in so long till I hardly know where to start. Well I must close for now as I hear the milkns coming to the dairy. Wish you the best of luck.

Lots of love,
Daddy
