Died: July 24, 1933
Teacher. Attended Alcorn University. Listed on the 1870 and 1880 census in Madison County. He married Cornelia Jones on February 20, 1886. On the 1900 and 1910 census, he appears with Cornelia and family. By 1920, Matthew and Cornelia had moved to Liberty, Arkansas, where they are listed on the 1920 and 1930 census. Levy is buried in Peters Cemetery in Lee County, AR.
